📦 SHIPPING 📦

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We're in a hurry to bring you happiness ASAP! Orders typically are sent out in 1-3 business days.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Please allow 4-7 days for US orders(Standard US shipping). All orders ship from our design studio in California, USA

Q: I placed an order with the wrong address, what should I do?

A: If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, we will not be able to issue replacements/refunds, but can be reshipped at buyer's cost. However, if you reach out to us before your order is shipped, we'll help you cancel the wrong order and place a new one. So, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: At the moment, we're not offering overseas shipping. But if you need assistance with delivery, please let us know, and we'll do our best to help you out!

Q: What do I do if I receive a defective product?

A: We take great care in ensuring that all our items go through strict quality control and are packed securely to withstand any bumps or shocks during delivery. However, if you receive a damaged order, please contact us at pookooland@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your product with photos of the damage. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue.

Q: How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

A: Once you've completed your checkout, please note that all orders are considered final. However, if you reach out to us before your order is shipped, we'll help you cancel the wrong order and place a new one. So, please contact us as soon as possible. Just keep in mind that once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

Q: Can I return/ exchange my order?

A: We don't accept returns or exchanges. If we have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to us.
